Job Description

  • Collecting application submission documents from Bank Partners branches to be processed further by related departments in Panin Dai-ichi Life.
  • Conduct pre-screening on the application documents submitted through Bank Partners’ RMs and PBs. Ensuring completion of all documents required for the application process.
  • Representing Panin Dai-ichi Life as life insurance officer to accept and sign the application submission documents, as being required by Bank Indonesia’s regulation.
  • Follow through and settle all outstanding processes of the application being submitted and to ensure clean-cases being delivered to achieve department target.
  • To be generally aware of financial markets in Indonesia, including products and competitors, and being able to use this knowledge to provide services to Bank Partner RMs and PBs.

Job Requirement

  • At least Bachelor Degree, fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm are encourage to apply
  • Posses 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Presents as a professional, confident, positive and respectful manner
  • Customer service oriented
  • Active and keen to travel within town.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to ‘multi-task’ and conduct administrative coordination.
  • Showing flexibility in approach and able to change and adapt to circumtances
