Job Description :
- Develop and educate agency towards recruitment as their main role. Purpose in the future the agency become independent in term of recruitment and have the right mind set of recruitment due to their business expand.
- Organize events for agencies in order to penetrate AXA FI businesses to prospective Agents as well as its tools preparation such as brochures, videos, etc.
- Conduct presentation in the events related to penetrate AXA FI Businesses to prospective agents.
- Conduct business presentation as needed in recruitment to support agencies.
- Enhance networking in searching prospective agents.
- Ability to recruit through agency.
- Ability to recruit agency (Special Hiring Program).
- Ensure all activities comply with recruitment policies, standards and regulations
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in agency business will be an advantage.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (to do presentation business)
- Good appearance (Could represent company image)
